Our Foreclosure Experience

The founding members of CRE PRO have over seven years of foreclosure auction experience. Ranging from tax deed, sheriff sales, HOA’s, Tax certificate, judgements, and note auctions. It began by buying single family residences in South Florida. We have participated in thousands of thousands of auctions. We have reviewed tens of thousands of properties. In order to purchase well over six hundred properties in the auction. In the lifetime of experience the team has purchased two or three properties off the retail market. This should show you are strength within the auction world and the business we have been able to sustain. During the time of purchasing residential real estate through the auctions we were one of few groups participating in those auctions. Today there are hundreds of groups. This convoluted the market to the point where it was not worth our time and effort.  With our vast knowledge of the inner workings of foreclosure auctions we transitioned into commercial real estate. Our timing couldn’t be better. During the recession in 2008-2009 those properties were financed with CMBS loans with a 10 year maturity. So as of now there is an influx of CMBS foreclosures.
